 h data platforms\, and advanced digital technologies are already demonstra
 ting their potential to improve healthcare delivery\, support clinical dec
 ision-making\, and strengthen the resilience of health systems. Yet\, desp
 ite the growing number of successful pilots and innovative solutions reach
 ing maturity\, scaling remains one of the most difficult challenges. Many 
 technologies prove their value in controlled environments but struggle to 
 move beyond local deployments and achieve broader adoption across healthca
 re systems. One reason is that the innovation journey is often perceived a
 s fragmented. Different European initiatives support different phases of d
 evelopment and deployment\, but connections between them are not always vi
 sible from the perspective of innovators\, healthcare providers\, and publ
 ic authorities seeking to adopt digital solutions. Testing and Experimenta
 tion Facilities (TEFs)\, European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs)\, health
  data infrastructures\, digital skills initiatives\, and other Digital Eur
 ope Programme actions all contribute to this ecosystem. However\, unlockin
 g their full value requires a clearer understanding of how these instrumen
 ts complement one another and how organisations can navigate from one stag
 e to the next. This is precisely the topic at the centre of the upcoming o
 nline event "Scaling Digital Health Solutions: Connecting TEFs\, EDIHs and
