6th EU-Japan Workshop on Neurorobotics

A pivotal event at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and ageing populations.

In a rapidly evolving world where technology continually pushes the boundaries of what's possible, the workshop will explore the immense promise held by the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and healthcare. It's clear that AI and robotics will play pivotal roles in addressing the unique healthcare challenges posed by ageing populations.
This year's workshop theme, "Healthcare and ageing in the era of AI" will provide a platform for experts and innovators to delve into the scientific, policy, and regulatory challenges that AI and robotics present in healthcare for ageing societies in Europe and Japan.

The 6th EU-Japan Workshop on Neurorobotics is made possible through the support of two prominent entities: The Human Brain Project and its research infrastructure legacy, EBRAINS, together with RIKEN, the Japan's largest comprehensive research institution for natural science.

Spotlight on Prof. Petra Ritter

One of the highlights of the workshop will be the talk by Prof. Petra Ritter, scheduled on September 14 at 15h20. Her presentation, titled "EU Reference Center: Testing and Experimentation Facility for Health AI and Robotics" promises to be a captivating exploration of a groundbreaking initiative.
