The Impact Section
Scroll down the homepage, or open tefhealth.eu/#Impact, and the Impact section shows what the TEF-Health network has delivered. Every figure is drawn live from the platform when the page loads, so it is as current as the records behind it. Nothing financial appears there: no aid amount, contract value or price is computed for the public site.

The figures
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Companies served | Client organisations with at least one project under contract |
| Countries the companies came from | Distinct countries of those companies, read from the member state recorded on the project and only failing that from the organisation's own address |
| Projects, with N individual services delivered | A project is one contracted service provision: one company, one institution, one contract. A project can bundle several catalogue services, which is the second number |
| Medical domains covered | Distinct domains read from the tags on the companies' solutions and on the services they requested, as badges under the figure from the most to the least frequent. A company working in several domains counts in each. A badge opens the service catalogue filtered to that domain |
| Average rise in technology readiness level | The mean gain in TRL from entry to exit over completed projects that recorded both levels. The strip under it draws how those projects moved between levels: each arc one step from entry to exit, thicker where more projects took it, each dot growing with the projects that started at its level |
| SMEs | The share of companies with a recorded size that fall in the EU's micro, small or medium class (Recommendation 2003/361/EC); the ring draws every class and the line under it gives each class's share |
| Would work with the network again | Share of completed client evaluations answering yes, with the Net Promoter Score beside it |
A project counts from the moment its contract is signed. Group offers such as webinars and trainings are not projects. The same definitions drive the internal statistics dashboard and the platform film, so the three never disagree.
The map
The map covers Europe from Portugal to Finland. Hover over a country for its exact count. A company from outside the map, from Brazil for instance, is still counted in the figures. The institutions of the network have their own map on the About page.
The switch above the map picks a view:
- Clients shades in orange the countries companies came from, darker where more of them did, with the number of companies in each.
- Projects shades in blue the countries whose providers delivered projects, darker where more were delivered, with the number of projects in each. A project counts in the provider's country, wherever the company came from, so the numbers add up to the section's project figure.
- Cross-border draws every project delivered across a border as an arrow from the company's country to the provider's, thicker where more projects took that route. A route with more than one project carries its number on the arrow, and an arrow without a number is one project. Hover over an arrow for the route and its count.

The Platform chapter above it
The chapter before Impact on the homepage, tefhealth.eu/#ThePlatform, shows what the marketplace offers and who uses it, under the platform film once one is published. Its figures are drawn live in the same way.

| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Services in one public catalogue | Services visible in the public service catalogue. A service appears there only where its provider chose to publish it, so this is what is offered publicly, not everything the network can do |
| Institutions providing them | Distinct institutions with at least one of those services |
| Member states with a provider | Distinct countries of those institutions |
| Registered users | Active accounts on the platform |
| Organisations that asked for support | Distinct organisations behind a submitted application or a service request |
Links that lead here
https://tefhealth.eu/#Impact opens the homepage at the section. The older addresses https://tefhealth.eu/impact and https://tefhealth.eu/about/impact lead to the same place, so a link in a report or a slide keeps working. https://tefhealth.eu/#ThePlatform opens the Platform chapter, and the older https://tefhealth.eu/platform leads there.
