Create your TEF-Health account
Registration and use of the platform are free of charge. There are two ways to get started — they create the same kind of account and land you on the same portal home. Pick the one that matches your situation:
Which one is for me?
| If you… | Use this | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| just want to access the platform / sign in | Sign up | You create the account yourself and you're in within minutes. |
| arrived via a QR code or event, or want a team member to follow up | Get in touch | You send a short enquiry; tick "create an account" and we set you up. |
Not sure? Choose Sign up — it's the quickest route to access.
The two routes side by side
| Sign up (self-service) | Get in touch | |
|---|---|---|
| Where you start | /web/login → Register |
the /get-in-touch form |
| Best for | anyone who just wants access | QR-code / event arrivals who also want follow-up |
| Staff involvement | none — fully self-service | a team member receives your enquiry |
| When the account is created | automatically, once your email is verified | after you confirm your email via the link we send |
| Setting your password | during sign-up | via a secure link emailed afterwards |
| Walkthrough | Sign up → | Get in touch → |
These guides are generated from automated end-to-end tests
The screenshots on both walkthroughs are produced by the Playwright flow
tests/e2e/docs/registration-flows.spec.ts, which drives the real
registration journeys on each run — so these pages can't drift from the
working product.
After you log in
Either route lands you on your portal home at /my/home with the base
Applicant role, which lets you browse the service catalogue, request the
services you need, and apply for a discount under an open Call. To do more, see
Roles & permissions.
Automatic log-out
For security reasons you are logged out automatically after a period of inactivity — see Automatic sign-out. Log in again to continue where you left off.
